Sbb rebranding

SBB / Telemach — Retail Network Rebranding & Furnishing Project
As part of a comprehensive brand transformation across Southeast Europe, SBB and Telemach undertook the redesign of their customer service centers to reflect a contemporary, unified corporate identity. The project encompassed multiple locations across Serbia, Croatia, North Macedonia, and Slovenia, requiring a coordinated approach capable of delivering consistency while adapting to diverse architectural contexts.
MOYA was engaged in the design and furnishing of selected retail branches, developing bespoke interior solutions aligned with the new brand language and operational requirements of high-traffic service environments. Each space was conceived to balance efficiency, durability, and customer comfort while reinforcing a recognizable visual identity across the region.
The design approach emphasized clarity, accessibility, and material resilience. Furniture elements were engineered for intensive daily use, integrating functional workstations, display components, and waiting areas into a cohesive spatial experience. Clean geometries, precise detailing, and carefully selected finishes contribute to a professional yet approachable atmosphere.
Executing a multi-country rollout required rigorous coordination, standardized production processes, and reliable logistics — ensuring uniform quality and timely delivery across all locations. The resulting network of redesigned branches communicates a consistent corporate presence while enhancing the overall customer experience.
This project highlights MOYA’s capacity to manage large-scale commercial assignments, delivering tailored interior solutions that combine brand expression, operational efficiency, and long-term performance across international markets.
